How can I return my product(s)?
Returnable items may be returned to Football Town by post within 30 days of the purchase date. The goods must be returned new, unworn, unwashed and in their original condition, including label(s) and original packaging, and with the invoice. The costs of return postage shall be borne by the customer. The return shipment must be made to the following addresses:

How many days do I have to make a return a product?
When will the refund be made?
When we have received your return we will process it as quickly as possible. Please allow at least 14 days to receive and process your return. We will try to reimburse you within 2 working days after physically receiving your return.
Can I exchange a product?You cannot exchange a product. If you'd like to do so, you need to return the product you'd like to exchange, following the above steps. Once you have made the return you must create a new order for the product of your choice.
Will FT refund the shipping costs for the return shipment?
The shipping costs for making a return will not be refunded by FT. Since the return shipment is your responsibility we recommend using a service where you can track & trace the parcel.
